- Medication Assistance Program
- The purpose of the Medication Assistance Program is to assist seniors and low-income individuals in evaluating, applying for, and completing prescription assistance applications.
- Community Alternatives Program
- As the lead agency for the Community Alternatives Program for disabled adults, they offer home care as an alternative to nursing home placement.
- Chore/Respite Program
- Services are available to senior citizens age 60 and older who may need assistance with personal care or home management tasks. Respite care is available in order to provide a caregiver with much needed personal time.
- Family Caregiver Support Program
- The Family Caregiver Support Program provides respite care for caregivers through a consumer driven voucher program.
- Community Resource Connection
- Information and referral services are available to all who may need assistance concerning resources available to senior citizens or disabled adults.
