Purpose
The purpose of Nash County Senior Services is to provide and assist older adults and the aging population to achieve safe, healthy, independent and self-reliant lives within Nash County. They are here to provide older adults, caregivers and family members a place to begin their search for information on Senior Service issues.
Goals
- Increase accessibility of community based services and supports for older adults so they can remain independent and age in the community of their choice.
- Empower older adults and individuals with disabilities to participate in community events and strive for optimal health.
- Provide a safe environment for all older adults and individuals with disabilities.
