A big thank you to the 33 congregational participants in the PHW Certification Survey. Valuable feedback and suggestions were offered to better ensure that we are able to provide congregations with a certification program that provides the support and resources needed. Overall, we learned that congregations really enjoy our certification program. We also learned that congregations would like to see some improvements such as: a more user-friendly application system that allows applicants to save and return to their application; greater clarification between the certification and mini-grant application; and prompts and examples to walk folks through the application process.
